Chief Number Cruncher! I started out working in audit with a small Accountancy practice in Uxbridge, but after 6 years I was revving to move on to my next long stretch, another 6 years, in my Management accountant role with Presentations Services Limited (subsidiary of Gearhouse Group plc), which is in the audio visual equipment hire industry. Another change of scenery followed when I decided to move to a small greetings cards publisher, but having spent a couple of years managing their finances, an opportunity opened with Net Communities in 2006, and I was offered to take over the accounting functions here, and I have been managing this ever since.
