OFFICE MANAGER – LONDON
Location: London, Farringdon, EC1
Salary: £28-30k + Benefits
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Based out of Farringdon, the City, this is a great opportunity for a well organised, professional Office Manager to join one of the UKs leading advertising networks who specialise in targeting IT / Technology professionals through community sites.
Reporting directly to the MD the office management role is pivotal to the ongoing success of the business. Providing overall support to the office you will be responsible for administration, accounts, sales support and HR duties as well as other ad hoc business processes that ensure the smooth running of a busy office environment.
To hit the ground running you should possess the initiative, intelligence and willing attitude to really make this position your own and succeed within a fast paced, successful environment. In more detail your role will include the following:
 To keep good staff records including, sickness and holiday entitlements.
 Manage supplier relationships with regards to IT infrastructure, telephone systems etc.
 Ensure health and safety and other related issues are kept up to date.
 Manage building / office maintenance, lease and landlord issues etc.
 Assist the MD with PA duties including diary management, booking travel etc.
 Provide support to the sales team and other team members when required
 Working closely with accounts personnel providing support covering credit control, expenses, wages etc.
 Provide overall administration for the office including managing cleaners, stationary etc.
 Ensure the office environment is kept friendly and comfortable at all times.
You will be the central point of the office regarding all these issues and much more. It is essential that you have occupied a similar role previously and are capable of managing all the above duties. In essence this role would suit a good all rounder with prior experience in some or all of the following positions: HR Manager, Office Manager, PA, Accounts Assistant.
