Vacancy: Client Services Executive
We are currently recruiting for Client Services Executive's
Key Role Responsibilities:
•Working closely with members the sales team to assist them in responding to client requests for information and proposals.
•Liaising with the Product Manager to help formulate complex proposals and ‘packages’ that the sales team can take to market.
•Project Manage campaigns sold during all stages from proposal to completion / invoicing.
•Ensuring that all campaigns have set objectives.
•Work with the ad operations team to ensure objectives are met.
•Manage administrative tasks such as
oInsertion Order creation
oChasing the client for campaign assets
oResearch clients
oPrepare for meetings
oHelp template presentations
oCompile campaign reports
•Work closely with client to
oUp-sell campaigns
oEnsure re-bookings
oFind other client requirements
•Working with the Product Manager to help with the reporting of revenue figures and sales pipelines to publishing partners.
Your skills / Profile:
This position would suit a graduate with 6-12 months of experience in the work environment, interested in online, social media, advertising and marketing. In addition a knowledge / Enthusiasm of the Technology and Gadget market would be advantageous. You should also have the following skills:
•Analysis skills
•Effective communicator, written and oral
•Ability to work on excel and powerpoint ideally at an advanced level
•Have an eye for detail and design
•Have some knowledge of CSS/HMTL or be willing to learn
•Work under pressure and on occasion outside of normal working hours to hit tight deadlines
Salary / Benefits: Circa £18,000 per annum starting salary
•This is a new position being created to help manage rapid growth
•Position is full time, based in Farringdon London, EC1M 6BF
•Remuneration will reflect the skills and experience of the individual
•Annual leave is 20 days per annum, building over time with loyalty
•The company arranges regular team building / team socialising events 4-6 times per year
•Two of these events focus on the performance and the future of the business
•After a year of service, other benefits such as annual bonuses may be available

Net Communities was established in 1999 by the existing Managing Director and is an advertising and publishing business, which trades online. The business is a unique hybrid of Publisher, Representation Agency, Advertising Network and Creative Solutions Provider. The Managing Director took funding at the outset to establish the company, but 3 years ago implemented a personal / management buyout to take a controlling interest in the business. Since then, the business has seen rapid growth, doubling in size each year in the past 2 years with expectations to do the same in the coming year. This rapid growth means that the company are seeking new staff.
