Orlaith joined Net Communities as Office Manager and my PA, here's how her first week went:

"Like anybody on the first day of my new job I was quite apprehensive.

Leaving my comfort zone in the home counties for the Big City is probably one of the most daunting experiences of my life. I was particularly nervous about meeting my new colleagues, as you would expect. I needn't have worried - by lunch time on day one I was feeling much more relaxed as the guys at Net Communities had welcomed me with open arms.

With each passing day I settled in more and more, getting to know everyone and how the company is run, which is particularly crucial if you're office manager and PA to the MD. Even though everyone is extremely busy they all clearly enjoy their work, and there is always a great atmosphere in the office. By the end of the week, I honestly felt like one of the team.

I can only hope that my new colleagues are as happy with me as I am with them!"
