Net Communities welcome Barack Obama (aka Ryan and his first week)
Last week, I was pleased to welcome Barack Obama (aka Ryan Skeggs) to Net Communities HQ. Ryan (as you can see) looks remarkably like Barack Obama, but thats no why we took him on. Ryan joins our ever growing sales team to work in client Direct sales.

Ryan first week went like this:
"My first week has been so refreshing, it has been like no other company I had previously worked for.
Over the week I have been introduced to everyone and been taught how everyone collectively works together to offer our clients and best possible solutions.
This is without a shadow of a doubt the most forward thinking talented bunch of people I have worked with and look forward to what is in store at Net Communities and in our industry. I love the fact that if anything new is happening we are leading from the front.
Normally in work you get thinkers and doers - here everyone is both. All I can say is that the atmosphere is unbelievable and people are brilliant. Long m ay the good times continue!!!"
Ryan Skeggs
Online sales and marketing specialist, Ryan Skeggs - one of the UK's leading Obama look-a-likes - joins Net Communities www.netcommunities.com
The online publisher and sales representation network, Net Communities, today appoints Ryan Skeggs as media sales executive. Net Communities (which also runs ITProPortal.com and THINQ.co.uk) has doubled in size over the past 24 months and now employs 20 staff at its London HQ, with 50 staff globally.
Ryan takes on a direct sales role at Net Communities where he will help drive sales and advertising revenues. He will work closely with the company’s creative digital marketing team offering online advertising solutions, ranging from simple clicks and banner ads to fully bespoke and integrated marketing campaigns such as www.IdealDayOut.com for Sony Ericsson. Other clients include Microsoft, Dell and Vodafone.
Ryan most recently held the role of online sales and marketing consultant for a fast growing business-to-business online directory. Prior to that he was financial consultant at Mortgages Direct Ltd., First Union Mortgages and Woolwich.
Outside of the office, in the past, Ryan has been Captain of renowned Knebworth Park Cricket Club and has doubled as US president Barack Obama, he has been profiled by UK national newspapers, including - http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/features/article2178427.ece.
