Mohammed recently joined Net Communities, here are his initial thoughts:

First week at Net Communities was better than expected; obviously it was scary meeting new people and worrying if I’m going to get along with them, but I was pleasantly surprised!  There are certainly some characters here that will brighten up your day!  Combined with the fast paced work environment there is never a dull moment at NC.  I’m pleased to say a month on I’ve settled in nicely with the team and feel part of something which is growing immensely.  Early concerns were about types of work I’d be doing and how much I would be communicating with the rest of the team.  These fears were eradicated by NC instantly, they did this by showing faith in my ability, by introducing me to the client early and making sure I was involved in all internal meetings.  The fusion between the people here is what makes this place a great place to work, plus the games machine also helps! ;-)
