Miranda discusses her first three months at Net Communities
My first few months at Net Communities have not only been an enjoyable and eye-opening experience, but also a steep learning curve for me both personally and professionally. Having had no prior exposure to the media industry, there was a lot to take on board, process and apply and I continue to learn something new every day (which is always a good thing!) I am still continually astounded by the vast opportunities digital media generates and the rate of growth compared to other industries, all of which makes it a very exciting time to be working at a company like Net Communities.
Net Communities has been the perfect starting ground for someone new to the industry like me; the breadth and scope of the work is far reaching and I love the fact that, as the company is growing, I get to experience so many aspects of the industry early on. All of this alongside the friendliest, most hilarious and fun bunch of people I could’ve hoped to work with. They’ve made me feel really at home and it’s great coming to work every day to an upbeat team. I look forward to learning and progressing further within this exciting and fast paced industry, and contributing to Net Communities’ future.
